Alright, here's the list.

Strength: Get the master sword and the Light bow and use them to kill Gannon in the mansion.

Agi: Beat the arena west of town. To get to the arena, go past the bartender and downstairs.

Wisdom: Kill the watcher in the swamp, the ghost knight in the castle library (using a white mage's dia), and look behind the egg sacs in Trogdor's cave.
